Simulator 1.6.0
Changelog
Every release of the simulator and the site, newest first, with the harness result that let it ship. A new fault or lesson lands every month and is listed here the day it goes live.
Simulator 1.6.022 September 2026
The launch build
- 23 component types, 6 example systems (S-Plan, S-Plan with a digital stat, S-Plan with a type B cylinder stat, wireless S-Plan, Y-Plan, combi with a wireless stat).
- 7 courses: 45 lessons and 5 diagnosis challenges, every connection checked as you make it.
- Random Fault mode: 23 call-outs, weighted by how often they happen on site, four hints that never name the part.
- The multimeter reads AC volts and resistance on any terminal, live or dead.
- Progress saved to your account, so a college learner keeps their record from one PC to the next.
- Runs in the browser: nothing to install, and the lessons, faults and marking stay on our servers.
- One version number everywhere; the beta notices are gone; the launcher counts its courses from the data instead of a typed number.
- The Sandbox plan: the whole simulator, no lessons or call-outs, at one price for everyone.
Machine-testedTest harness before release: every lesson replayed (45 of 45), every challenge (50 of 50 checks), every fault’s symptom proven on every circuit it fits (477 of 477), the electrical core against the S-Plan and Y-Plan truth tables (31 of 31), Random Fault round after round (438 of 438).

drawwarm.com rebuilt
- A page for every course, fault, component and wiring diagram, generated from the simulator’s own data.
- Pricing with the Sandbox, the full version and organisation seats; the terms, privacy, cookie and refund policies written to UK law.
- The interactive wiring toy on the home page: four parts from the simulator, live terminals, click or tap to wire.
- Accounts, checkout and the play page, switched on with the founder launch.
Corrections
Corrections to published content
When a report shows a Swapper unit, a fault tree or a public wiring or fault page to be wrong, it is checked against the maker’s own instructions, fixed, and listed here with the version that carries the fix. Tell us about anything that does not match what is in front of you.
No corrections yet.
