Seats, licensed by the year.

Every person with access uses a seat. A 12-month licence, paid in advance by card or by invoice on 30-day terms. Add seats at any time in the year. It runs in the browser on college PCs and laptops, with nothing to install; the system check tests a machine before you buy.

What is the difference between the Sandbox and the full version?
The Sandbox is the simulator on its own, to build, wire and test whatever you like with nothing marked; the full version adds the Programme, the DrawWarm Method, fault finding, short courses, timed checks, your signed record and certificates of completion.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Yes, any time, from your account: nothing more is charged and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for changing your mind. When you buy you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies, as the refund policy explains. If you pay the launch price, cancelling ends it. Organisations licence by the year and cannot end a licence year early; the business terms explain.
What is a seat?
One person with access. Every person, whether a learner, a tutor, an admin or a manager, uses a seat while they have access. When someone leaves, their seat is held for 30 days, then frees up for the next person. Added someone by mistake? Remove them within 24 hours of joining and the seat frees at once: one such removal every 30 days for each 10 seats, or part of 10, in the licence.
Why do organisations licence by the year, not by the month?
Because that is how colleges and employers budget, and because a wiring unit runs for weeks. A 12-month licence, paid in advance by card or by invoice on 30-day terms, renews unless you tell us before the renewal date. Seats can be added at any time in the year and reduced at renewal. Two- and three-year terms with the price fixed throughout are available by quote, and a college licence can run to 31 July so that renewals fall in the summer.
Can we pay by invoice against a purchase order?
Yes. Ask for an invoice through the quote form or by email, with your purchase order number; it is printed on the invoice, which is due 30 days from its date. A college or other public body with a purchase order gets access when the order is accepted, not when the invoice is paid.
Can students use a college seat at home?
Yes, unless the college restricts it. A college account belongs to the college. Students who want their own progress, at home and after the course, buy an individual plan; the two are kept separate.
How do pilots work?
For a college: two seats for one group, for seven days, at no cost and with no obligation, applied for from an official college or business email address. Enough for a tutor and a learner to wire a system, run a call-out and see the report. For an employer: 8 weeks for 10 to 50 seats, paid, at £415 a seat for the 10-seat pack. Take a 12-month licence within 30 days of the pilot ending and the whole pilot fee is credited against the first year.
Can we put DrawWarm on our own website, under our own logo?
Yes, under a white-label licence: your logo in the simulator, an embed snippet that runs it on your own pages, scripts for your tutors to record their own videos, and the tutor report. It is a business-to-business licence, never a sale, priced by quote. How white label works.
