For college IT
Network requirements
What a college network must allow for the DrawWarm simulator to run on learners’ PCs.
In short
Outbound HTTPS (TCP 443) to the four addresses below. Nothing inbound, no UDP and no video stream. The simulator runs in the browser on the PC, so nothing is installed; after the first download the PC does the work and the connection carries sign-in, the lessons and the record.
Allow these
| Address | Port | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| drawwarm.com, www.drawwarm.com | TCP 443 | The website: signing in and the learner’s account. |
| sim.drawwarm.com | TCP 443 | The simulator, downloaded to the browser for a signed-in learner. |
| api-test.drawwarm.com | TCP 443 | The simulator’s sign-in, its lessons and the learner’s record. |
| *.supabase.co | TCP 443 | Accounts and signing in. |
Simpler, and it keeps working as we add services: allow every address under drawwarm.com (*.drawwarm.com), with *.supabase.co.
Staff computers used to buy a licence or manage billing also reach Stripe, our payment provider (checkout.stripe.com, js.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com), and the forms on this site use Cloudflare’s bot check (challenges.cloudflare.com). Learners’ PCs need neither. Current as of 6 November 2026.
Then test a classroom PC
Open the system check on a PC the learners will use. In a minute it tests the browser, the screen and the connection, and makes a report you can copy or email. It also lists the minimum specification.
Questions go to hello@drawwarm.com. The procurement pack, with the data-processing agreement and the accessibility statement, is on the college page.
