Makers and rights holders
DrawWarm teaches heating wiring on units based on the controls, valves and boilers engineers meet on jobs. If you own a name, a product design or other material shown on this website or in the simulator and want it changed or taken down, this page says how to ask.
What we show
Every unit in the DrawWarm simulator is drawn by DrawWarm. Where a unit is based on a maker’s product, we say so, so that a learner knows which terminals they are practising on. Makers’ names and model numbers are trade marks of their owners, used only to say which product a unit is based on. DrawWarm is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any maker named on this site.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with “Rights request” in the subject, and tell us:
- who you are, and the right you hold (a trade mark, a design or copyright);
- what you want changed: the page’s address, the unit’s name in the simulator, or a screenshot;
- what you would like us to do: take it down, change the wording, or something else;
- how we can reach you.
We aim to reply within five working days. While we look at a request, we may take the item off the website. If the request is well founded, we change or remove the item on the website and in the next update of the simulator, and we tell you when it is done.
Copyright notices from the United States
If you are writing under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), send the notice to the same address and include what the Act asks for:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyright work you say is infringed;
- the material you say infringes it, and where it is;
- your address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
Who we are
This website and the simulator are run by Myron David Lambert, trading as DrawWarm. Email: [email protected]. This page is not part of our terms and does not change them.
